In this animated tutorial we will learn to use the extension Video DownloadHelper Firefox web browser to save the videos anywhere. With this method you can obviously get the videos from sites like YouTube or Dailymotion, but also those of lesser known websites. You can then download to your computer the vast majority of videos that we find on the web.
You get mostly videos to flv flash format that you can play with software like Applian FLV Player or VLC.

Install Video DownloadHelper
- If you use Firefox to download Video DownloadHelper, a window installation appear (see image cons), simply click on Install Now . Then restart Firefox.
- If you download the extension with Internet Explorer, save Video DownloadHelper in the folder of your choice. Then start Firefox and click File then Open File . Select the extension (XPI format). The above window will appear, just click Install Now then restart Firefox.
