The CIP is an invitation to the meeting amateur musicians, professionals and the public of Triton around the practice of improvisation (pedagogically framed). Dintrich Michel began his career in cabarets on the Left Bank in Paris. Original debut for a classical guitarist .... Then it occurs worldwide as a soloist and record a "hit" the famous Pachelbel's Canon. In 1982, he turned to sculpture, and in 1985 he decided to adventure and travel in Indonesia, at where the Asmat Papuans live the last head-hunters ... is a small restaurant in a quite exceptional value for money unbelievable. The kitchen is homemade, original and varied. A Romanian couple, Elena and her husband, a rare kindness, want awareness of the cuisine of their country without customers having to pay a high price. The menu changes regularly and there are some essential dishes: chicken soup sour cabbage (ciorba of potroace), cabbage stuffed with pork (sarmale), inevitable mamaliga (polenta). To switch it off, some Romanian wines, vodkas of tsuica and comforting. Feel free to ask their advice. Only problem, the lighting is unpleasant! Menu at 11 € (lunch), € 13.50 and € 18.80.
