halls Idelux relay - prefabrication Back on the competition (design-implementation) of halls relay HQE Idelux. The first two buildings are being finished at Bastogne. Here is an illustration of how prefabrication imagined by the team of three companies: Artbois SA (company framing), Jean-Claude Goffaux SPRL (office stability studies) and Clair Arch (architecture), accompanied by the general contractor Hons SA. The halls are currency modules leaflets completely manufactured in the workshop.
Four modules are stacked on the truck trailer.

The modules are then unfolded completely.
They are then transported by crane to the mounting area ...
... and deposited on the previously cast foundation plinths.
Note that the modules are brought on site with thermal insulation (24 cm cellulose wadding), sealing EPDM roofing, polycarbonate skylights and interior painting.

few weeks later, the facade of the hall are covered with sheets, the building adminstratifs, also timber-framed, mounted and dressed in steel and wood (Douglas). Another article will be presented after the inauguration of the first two buildings. To be continued.
